Bus to Singapore by Adventures Overland – Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy:

– Initial Deposit of 25% of the participation cost to reserve your seat.

– Balance Deposit of 75% will be requested 75 days before the departure date.

Cancellation Policy:

– 10% of the participation cost will be charged as a cancellation fee if the tour is cancelled any time after confirmation.

– 25% of the participation cost will be charged as a cancellation fee if the tour is cancelled 120 days prior to the departure date.

– 100% of the participation cost will be charged as a cancellation fee if the tour is cancelled 70 days prior to the departure date.

COVID-19 Cancellation / Refund Policy:

If the tour does not depart in 2021, Adventures Overland understands the uncertainty in these times & thus provides you with the flexibility to choose from the following options:

Option 1 – Participants will have the option to carry forward their booking to 2022 at the same cost. We will levy no extra inflation charges.

Option 2 – Participants will have the option of adjusting their booking amount towards any other road trip/bus journey executed by Adventures Overland in 2021-22. Please refer to our website www.adventuresoverland.com for a complete list of upcoming trips.

Option 3 – If a participant decides not to join Bus to Singapore the following year and does not wish to come on any other trip, a refund will be made within 30 days prior to the departure of Bus to Singapore 2022.

Disclaimer for photos and videos: Adventures Overland will be creating a lot of visual content by taking photos and videos during the journey. The company reserves the right to use these at their sole discretion for commercial activities such as electronic/print media, online streaming, TV broadcast and several social media platforms. By signing up for this journey, we have your consent for all of the above.

Seat Selection: Seat allocation is at the discretion of Adventures Overland; however, we assure you that each seat is custom-built to provide Business Class style comfort & experience. The seat once allotted to the participant will be reserved for the entire duration of the trip.
